  • Ensure all input received via the HCSS & IS input channels is evenly distributed across the team and tracked to completion.
  • Transact on the Human Capital systems and manage employee transactions in the prescribed format within the prescribed timeframe.
  • Plan, monitor and control bulk admin activities including distribution of work to the team and consolidation of feedback to business.
  • Review and quality assure changes/variations within the human capital system and review engagements, terminations, and documentation in relation to employee changes on the system.
  • Review HC administration processing for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies to support successful monthly payrolls
  • Provide first-line support and advice to business and analyse trends for regular requests to be translated into communication and knowledge nuggets.
  • Provide insights to required system change results and test such prior to implementation.
  • Update forms and checklists in accordance with HC policy and procedures, and communicate changes to relevant parties.
  • Provide input into the creation of HC reports on HCSS & IS metrics, in consultation with HC Administration Manager.
  • Liaise with auditors during audits to respond to queries and provide information.
  • Drive monthly timelines and support Associates where required
  • Manage business communications and call logging
