We all know the feeling of being in an interview, it's a dreadful feeling filled with edginess and wanting just to finish because of the awkwardness.

This question is used by the recruiter to get to find out about the state of mind, and your attitude towards your career as well as meeting the company goals and culture.

Your answer?

Your answer should be along the lines of - I see myself growing in this company in terms of responsibilities and contributing positively to the company goals

Remember to keep your composure and remember that the interview is about you and it is you who can create a conversation rather than an interrogation, by taking up to 30 seconds per response on some question requiring details or highlights.
